How does the ordering of an ePaaS-instance work in practice?
The partner orders the ePaaS-instance via a special order sheet, that we provide to him on request, and that he fills with app and customer identification as well as the requested availability date. This order represents a binding commitment on the part of the partner. SAP will then deploy an HCP-instance for that app/customer-combination, which is resourced as per the app category, the app falls into. This instance will be available as per the date indicated in the order form.
