What happens, if the customers on my ePaaS-instance exceed the governor limits set for the category of the given app?

The governor limits of the different app categories have been defined very generously with heavy-usage scenarios in mind based on existing experiences. If a specific ePaaS instance exceeds the governor limits anyway, SAP reserves the right to increase the respective minimum fee based on actual consumption according to the standard terms in fixed governor limit increments.
